Stake Bet FAQ — Every Question, Answered Honestly

You must be at least 18 years old to open a stake bet account. This is a firm requirement that applies to every player regardless of location within Pakistan. Age is verified during the KYC process that takes place before your first withdrawal. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any deposited funds returned.

No. Stake bet strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Operating multiple accounts — even under different names or email addresses — is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal on stake bet. You'll need to submit a clear photo or scan of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back. Depending on your transaction history, stake bet may also request a selfie holding your CNIC, or a bank statement. Most Pakistani players complete KYC verification in under 5 minutes. You don't need to verify your identity just to register or deposit.

Go to the stake bet login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter the mobile number or email address linked to your account. You'll receive a password reset code via SMS or a reset link by email within a few minutes. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you don't receive the reset communication within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@stakebet.im directly with your name and registered mobile number.

Yes. Contact stake bet support at support@stakebet.im with your current account details and the new mobile number or email address you'd like to use. For security reasons, changes to primary contact details require identity verification before they can be processed. Turnaround is typically within 24 hours.

Stake bet supports all major Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR with no currency conversion fees. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are the fastest and most popular options among our Pakistani players — funds are credited to your stake bet account within seconds of the payment being confirmed.

The minimum deposit on stake bet is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by stake bet, though your payment provider may have their own transaction limits. JazzCash and Easypaisa users should check their wallet tier limits if making larger deposits — upgrading your wallet tier on those platforms will increase the per-transaction limit available for stake bet deposits.

Stake bet does not charge any deposit fees. The full amount you transfer from your JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account or card is credited to your stake bet balance in PKR. Some payment providers charge a small transaction fee on their end — check with your payment provider if you're unsure. Stake bet's end of the transaction is always fee-free.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within 30 seconds. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits can take up to 2 business hours depending on your bank. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes for mobile wallet payments or 4 hours for bank transfers, contact stake bet support at support@stakebet.im with your transaction reference number (TRX ID), amount, payment method and account details. We'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Log in to your stake bet account, navigate to "Cashier" or "Withdrawals" in your account dashboard, select your preferred withdrawal method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard), enter the amount in PKR you'd like to withdraw and confirm the request. Make sure your account is KYC-verified before requesting your first withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically instant to 15 minutes after approval.

The minimum withdrawal on stake bet is Rs 1,000. There is no minimum for the balance required in your account before you can withdraw — if your balance is above Rs 1,000 and your account is verified, you can request a withdrawal at any time. Withdrawal requests can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Pakistani public holidays.

Processing times vary by payment method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically approved within minutes and arrive in your wallet within 5–15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals complete within 30–60 minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) take between 2–24 business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take 1–3 business days. Stake bet processes all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible — our target is to approve every withdrawal within 1 hour of submission during business hours.

The most common reasons stake bet declines a withdrawal request are: KYC verification not completed (you need to submit your CNIC before your first withdrawal); active bonus wagering requirements not yet met (you cannot withdraw funds from an active bonus until the wagering requirements are satisfied); the withdrawal method not matching the deposit method on first withdrawal; or the account having an active restriction. If your first deposit is Rs 10,000, you receive an additional Rs 10,000 in bonus funds — giving you Rs 20,000 to bet with. A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw it as cash. For example, if the wagering requirement on stake bet's welcome bonus is 10x and your bonus is Rs 5,000, you need to place bets totalling Rs 50,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Yes. Cash-out is available on selected cricket markets on stake bet — primarily match winner and outright bets. When cash-out is available on your bet, a cash-out button and the current cash-out value will appear in your open bets section. The cash-out value fluctuates based on live match conditions and odds. Crash games on stake bet — including Aviator — work like this: you place a bet in PKR before each round begins. Once the round starts, a multiplier begins climbing from 1x upward. Your goal is to click "Cash Out" before the multiplier crashes (resets to zero). If you cash out in time, your winnings are your bet multiplied by the multiplier at cash-out. Yes. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on stake bet and can be enabled from your account security settings after logging in. Log in to your stake bet account, go to Account Settings and select "Responsible Gaming". From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits. Stake bet offers two options: a cool-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your account is temporarily suspended, and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months) which permanently closes your account for the exclusion period. Both options are available in your Responsible Gaming settings or can be requested via support@stakebet.im. Cool-off and self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before they expire — this is intentional and in your best interest. Your balance is returned in full when you self-exclude.
