Stake Bet Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Stake Bet ("stake bet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the stake bet platform available at stakebet.im, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services and any other features accessible through your stake bet account.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on stake bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the stake bet platform.

Stake bet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the stake bet platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To register an account and use stake bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Stake bet strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering on stake bet.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or have previously been excluded from stake bet for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold one stake bet account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering on stake bet, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number and valid email address. Providing false, misleading or outdated information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your stake bet account. This includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used for any other service.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Logging out of stake bet when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying stake bet immediately at support@stakebet.im if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Stake bet is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach results from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Stake bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. All players will be required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal and may be required to re-verify at any point during the account lifecycle.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC on stake bet include:

• Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Valid Pakistani passport
• Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement or official document issued within the past three months showing your name and residential address
• Proof of payment method — screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account used for deposits

Documents submitted for KYC verification on stake bet are processed securely and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Stake bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Stake bet processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Stake bet does not accept credit card transactions.

Deposits: All deposits to stake bet are subject to the minimum deposit threshold in force at the time of the transaction, which is displayed on the deposit page within your account. Deposit funds are credited to your stake bet balance immediately for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within standard processing times for bank transfers. Stake bet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals from stake bet are subject to the following conditions:

• Your stake bet account must be fully KYC verified before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into the same stake bet account, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity checks.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within two minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers typically complete within 24 hours. Delays may occur during periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance.
• Stake bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where suspicious activity or potential policy breaches are identified.

Stake bet offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out here.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by stake bet are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while some casino game categories may contribute less.

Bonus Abuse: Stake bet actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically placing low-risk bets purely to meet wagering requirements, or using bonuses in a manner clearly designed to exploit rather than genuinely play. Any player found to be abusing stake bet's bonus system will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their account closed.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only.
• A player may only claim each specific promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Stake bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or fulfilment, stake bet's decision is final.

All sports bets placed on stake bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition, which are accessible within the relevant betting market. The following general betting rules apply across all stake bet sportsbook markets:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when stake bet issues a confirmation reference number. Bets pending confirmation at the time of a market suspension are not valid.
• Obvious Errors: If odds are published due to a manifest error (for example, a decimal error that produces clearly incorrect pricing), stake bet reserves the right to void and refund bets placed at those odds, regardless of outcome.
• Abandoned Events: If an event is abandoned before the relevant markets have been determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is abandoned after the relevant markets have been determined, bets will stand.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets on stake bet are accepted at the risk of both parties. Stake bet is not liable for delays in data feeds or network connectivity issues that may result in bets being accepted at stale odds. Cash Out requests on in-play bets are subject to price availability at the time of the request.
• Maximum Payout: Each market on stake bet carries a maximum payout cap, which is displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation. Stakes that would generate a payout above the cap will be reduced proportionally.

Stake bet's sportsbook covers cricket, football, esports and more. Market-specific rules for cricket (including PSL, PCB internationals, and bilateral series) are governed by the current ICC match regulations and standard sportsbook conventions. Football markets follow FIFA/UEFA rules. Detailed sport-specific rules are available within each betting section of the stake bet platform.

Stake bet's casino section — including live casino games such as Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette and Blackjack, as well as RNG slots and crash games — operates under the following rules:

• All RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators, the integrity of which is independently verified. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game.
• Live casino games are operated by professional dealers and broadcast in real time. The results of all live games are final and determined by the physical dealing or spinning outcome witnessed on camera.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or crash game round, stake bet will settle the bet based on the state of the game at the time the disconnection occurred, using available server records. Stake bet is not liable for losses attributable to player-side connectivity failures.
• Crash games on stake bet — where a multiplier rises until a crash event occurs — are settled based on the server's crash determination. The auto-cashout function, where set, will execute at the specified multiplier regardless of whether the player is actively connected at that moment.

Stake bet's game library is regularly audited for fairness. Players who believe a game has malfunctioned or produced an incorrect result should contact support@stakebet.im with the game name, round ID and a description of the issue within 48 hours. Stake bet will investigate using server logs and communicate the outcome within five business days.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on stake bet. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with stake bet's platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of insider information exploitation when placing bets on stake bet.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any technical vulnerability in stake bet's software or infrastructure.
• Making deposits using payment methods belonging to third parties, or otherwise attempting to launder funds through stake bet's payment system.
• Engaging in chargeback abuse — attempting to recover deposited funds via your payment provider while retaining winnings or bonus funds derived from those deposits.
• Using stake bet for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

Players may request the closure of their stake bet account at any time by contacting support@stakebet.im. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Stake bet may suspend or close a player's account at any time and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or match-fixing.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request or court order relating to the account.
• Any other conduct that stake bet, at its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity, security or reputation of the platform.

Where an account is closed by stake bet due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Stake bet will communicate the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

Stake bet is committed to responsible gaming and provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools. These tools are designed to help you maintain control over your gaming activity and are accessible directly from your stake bet account settings.

Available responsible gaming tools on stake bet include:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Once set, limits can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week or month. Your session will be suspended automatically once the limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. You will receive a notification when your limit is approaching and be automatically logged out when it is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from stake bet for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your account will be temporarily suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from stake bet for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

Stake bet will not reverse or reduce responsible gaming restrictions at the player's request before the elected period has expired — with the exception of deposit limit reductions and session time limit reductions, which take effect immediately. All content on the stake bet platform — including but not limited to game software, graphical interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio and video materials — is the property of stake bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the stake bet platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying or distributing any stake bet content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineering any game software or platform component.
• Using stake bet's trademarks, logos or branding in any context outside of personal, non-commercial reference.
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the stake bet platform on any external website.

Stake bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside this document. By registering on stake bet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Stake bet does not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by applicable law or regulatory authority, or as necessary to operate the platform (for example, sharing payment data with JazzCash and Easypaisa to process transactions). All personal data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, stake bet's liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Stake bet is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from player-side technical failures, including internet disconnections, device malfunctions or browser incompatibilities.
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to follow these Terms, including where account security was compromised due to the player sharing credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any inaccuracies in live score data displayed on the stake bet platform — live data is provided for informational convenience only and stake bet is not liable for decisions made based on displayed live data.

Stake bet may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify players via email to the address registered on their stake bet account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. For minor or clarificatory amendments, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of these Terms is always available at stakebet.im/terms-conditions. The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of the stake bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, your remedy is to close your account before the change takes effect.
